An online signup is now available for the annual Court of Honor Family Picnic at Heritage Park on Sunday September 23. All families are requested to RSVP using the online form to indicate attendance and dish selection they would like to bring. As usual you must be a registered user of the site to access the signup area. Please RSVP before September 14, 2012.

It is that time of year again when our scouts meet to discuss activities they would like to do for the next 6 to 12 months.  The meeting was originally scheduled for this Saturday, August 25^th in the AM, however due to high school activity practices, many of the older scouts would be unable to attend.  So please note below:

Meeting has now been rescheduled for Sunday, August 26^th from 1-5 PM

at the Municipal Building here in Bethlehem Township.

Once again it's time for our annual popcorn sale!

You should have received the brochure in the mail and you can begin selling.

Our sale will be held on September 7th, 8th & 9th as well as September 14th, 15th & 16th at the A&P in Hampton, New Jersey.  We need to have 100% participation, so sign up early before the convenient times fill up.  Scouts will receive credit towards their scout account as well as be eligible to receive valuable prizes at our annual party.  The more time you and/or your scout "volunteers", the more credit and chances he will have.

On Saturday August 25^th Bobby will need help on his eagle project from 10 AM - 2 or 3 PM at his home. Will be staining wood for flip tables so wear old clothes and bring gloves if you can. Thank You.

An online signup for the Appalachian Trail Experience Backpacking Trip on October 6 - 7, 2012 is now available. You must be signed into the site to access online signups. The site has been enhanced to provide a confirmation of your signup that will be sent to the email address specified during signup. This is new basic functionality so if there are any issues let Bill Loeffler know.

Bill Loeffler will be at the next two weekly troop meetings with summer camp photo orders. Parents that ordered photos during summer camp can pick-up their order on Thursday August 16 or 23.
