BSA Troop 191

Pond Fishing Class for beginners through Merit badge and beyond. Scouts will learn several different rigs for bait and lures, different types of casts, where and how to find fish, and which lures to use for different locations and conditions. Scouts will get a chance to try different lures and baits in the pond behind Dr. Franklin's house. Scouts should bring their own rod with reel at least half full of line. 6 to 8 pound test line is preferable.

Date of Event: September 29, 2013.

Volunteers will sell popcorn at the A&P in Hampton, NJ. For every shift worked, the scout is entered into a Walmart gift card drawing and receives a portion of the proceeds in their scout account.

When: September 20th, 21st, and 22nd
